The Bláth Ritual
Niamh’s Glow - A Ceremony for Skin & Soul

1. Open - Place 3–5 drops of Bláth into the palm of your hand. Warm the serum between your fingers, allowing the scent to unfold
2. Anoint -  Press the oil into your skin with slow, upward strokes, from chin to cheeks, over the forehead, and down the neck. Imagine each touch as a petal opening to the morning sun.
